Card Art

Black or WhiteThe best partnerships often seem to be born from a mix of magic and synchronicity . . . people with unique talents and a shared vision coming together at the right time in the right place—for the right purpose.  My work with artist Cher Odum began as a friendship and flowered into a creative partnership combining Cher’s colorful and inspirational images and my words and resulted in a one-of-a-kind line of all-occasion greeting card art that includes the “Happy Gays,” line of cards created specifically for gay men and lesbians, and an ever-expanding line of inspired greetings for anyone who loves the idea of owning or sharing original works of art that blend beautiful images with affirming messages of hope and joy and possibility.  Send them to those special people in your life who you can never seem to find just the right card for—or frame them and display them for the works of art that they truly are.

Cher Odum takes her inspiration from the exuberance and magic in nature and the playful, joyous spirit that lives in us all. Her paintings evoke a rainbow of color and spirit and remind us of the childlike wonder that makes each one of us as well as the world around us part of the triumphant dance of life.

  1. Hi Dan!

    Warm greetings from Sydney, Australia!

Your “happy gays” card art image posted by Nina Ferrell on Facebook caught my eye this morning. I’ve also enjoyed checking out your shower channel writing… love it, couldn’t agree more!

Wishing you ever more ease & joy from a free, gay & happy Esther Hicks fan,

    John :)
